HOW CAN I PREPARE FOR CLASS
- Fill out a waiver to save you some time during checkin.
- Hydrate! Especially if you're taking a heated class from our schedule
- Check the class description to see if there's any equipment needed. You can always rent any needed equipment at the studio too. (PRO TIP: 99% of our classes require a mat)
CAN I RESERVE A SPOT FOR CLASS?
All spaces are on a first-come, first-serve basis. We suggest arriving 15 min prior to class to secure a spot and get properly setup for class.
IS EVERY CLASS HEATED?
Negative. All of our fitness classes in the ROCK room, BREATHE room, and RIDE room, such as: TruKettlebell, HIIT Tribe, Boxing Conditioning, Cycling, unheated Yin, and Power Vinyasa. These classes are held at a temp of 80 degrees.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
Our South location is located on the corner of South Lamar and Ben White in the Lakehills Plaza. We're facing Ben White (290 HWY) on the opposite corner of Target (next to Lamar).
